James J. Mallett, PEPA is a limited practice consulting engineering firm in Pensacola, Florida. Experience includes general civil engineering, environmental permitting, structural design, reports and investigations, construction administration for institutional, governmental, commercial, and residential clients. Significant projects include large military hangars, runway repairs, military command centers, condominiums, highway bridges, and shopping centers. Small projects include residential structures, small commercial buildings, and renovations.

Beginning with Hurricane Frederick in 1979, we provided assistance to local governments, insurance companies, individuals, local businesses, and to military facilities to assist them in recovering from damages. The firm completed over 300 inspections, investigations, and reports resulting from Hurricane Ivan and Hurricane Dennis wind and flood damages. The reports were prepared for insurance companies, individuals, and for attorneys representing owners.

Currently James J. Mallett is operating as a limited practice and only projects that fall within his area of expertise will be considered. Due to limited personnel resources only projects which can be completed with the available resources will be accepted.
